Went out shopping in the #Endz.Was stopped by some shoppers who identified me from my videos. They were concerned about the streets being blocked in Bricklane. That it will just drive traffic to roads where there are council estates and children’s playing areas.
They were angry but despondent that their concerns as always will be ignored. When I told them about the Skew Bridge (now named ‘Victory Bridge’ ) the faces lit up.I explained to them that if people came together and created a movement to take on the machine of vested interests, they can defeat it. Yes, another Tower Hamlets is possible…
