Was out Canvassing at Windermere House on Sunday 3rd of December 2017. Many of the residents complained about the bad design decisions by East End Homes when tackling Anti Social Behavior (ASB). Instead of focusing on security gates at the front of the block, they instead put gates in the middle of the blocks.

Instead of dissipating the ASB, it has concentrated it at the entrance areas while restricting a means of fire escape. The residents have written to East End Homes with a petition, but so far there has been no response.

Looks like another case ti to be taken up by #Labour #TeamMileEnd

Many residents complaint that the gates fitted are a fire hazard as it creates a single means of escape.
